Case Details
This patient, dissatisfied with her 32-year-old silicone implants done elsewhere, earnestly sought out a healthy revision after having had them for 32 years and experiencing stage 3 ptosis(drooping). In the same operative session, she underwent a balanced breast lift (mastopexy), reduction, and an implant exchange, transitioning from the aged silicone to a more natural-feeling saline implant of 300cc in each breast.
