This patient was in her mid twenties. She mentioned that while breast feeding she had gotten very large but since she had stopped, she had gotten even smaller than she was. She had two children and reported that ever since breast feeding the first time the left breast has been a little fuller and the shape had not been as good as the right. She decided on 425cc smooth round high profile saline implants. It was seen that 450cc on the right and 440cc on the left gave the best match.
