Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 45

This young women is in her mid-twenties. She felt that her left breast was a slightly larger than her right breast. After careful examination, it appeared that the left breast is a little broader but not actually bigger than the other. We decided that using the same sized implant would be best for her. The patient really liked the look of 400 cc breast implants for her San Jose area breast augmentation. We explained that in order to get this, she will need to go a little larger beacuse they look smaller when they are under the muscle than when they are on top in the bra. She elected to have 400 cc high profile implants with overfill to 430cc. The patient is very pleased with her results. She has very good shape and symmetry.
